Using Dewchat
Dewchat provides guide conversations, calming journeys, music, breathing tools, stories, and insights for personal wellness support. You agree to use Dewchat lawfully and to provide accurate account and billing information when required.
Wellness support, not medical advice
Dewchat does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical or mental health conditions. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
Plans, trials, and cancellation
- Dewchat Plus plan details are shown before checkout.
- Trials, included minutes, renewal timing, and pricing are confirmed during checkout.
- You can cancel future renewal from Settings when a cancellable subscription is active.
- Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
Privacy
Your use of Dewchat is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The app uses your check-ins and profile details to personalize your own experience.
Changes
Dewchat may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest terms.
